Vision: The goal to be reached in the future, the dream.

The question to describe is: What do we want to achieve?

—————————————————————————————————

Mission: The reason we’re here and doing this job.

The question to describe is: Why are we here, in this business?

—————————————————————————————————

Strategy: The main path drawn to navigate to the targets identified, to opportunities, using the right competencies.

The question to describe is: How will we reach the vision, which route, with whom, by using which resources and competencies?

—————————————————————————————————

Values: Our principles that we will not compromise, we will not give up.

The question to describe is: What are the issues we value so much that we will not compromise?

—————————————————————————————————

While determining your vision, mission, strategy, and values, it is necessary to be honest and sincere with ourselves and our environment.

I believe, although these are terms used for organizations, individuals also need to define their own vision, mission, strategy, and values.
